Scientific work at the zoo is conducted in four directions:

  1. Monitoring of the state dynamics of natural populations of rare species of reptiles and amphibians in the South of Ukraine
  2. Monitoring of the state of the populations of birds of prey in the South of Ukraine
  3. Eagle-owl reintroduction program
  4. Program to enrich the habitat of zoo animals.
